What is byte-sized science?
The aim of Byte-Sized Science is to take Scientific Outreach for the Community online by providing self-guided learning experiences on topics in science policy, as well as an online platform for discussion. Over the course of 2021, we will produce short educational videos that will be posted online, along with an infographic summary as well as online Q&As and discussions. Our proposed topics for the spring modules include “Clinical Trials: What’s Taking So Long?”, “The Politics of Pandemics: What COVID-19 Tells us about Public Health”, “Uncle Sam and Science”, and “Caring about Mental HealthCare”. We are open to other science policy topics that you might want to have discussed!
